Disney Week: Day Three.
In my excitement for Disneyland Paris I decided that I wanted to get my nails professionally done to ensure that they last the duration of my holiday (the last thing I wanted was to be fussing about with nail polish). And this is me, I obviously didn’t want some plain nail design, it had to be something a bit more creative and interesting and it obviously had to fit the theme of Disney.
As you will have gathered by now from the title, the theme I chose was Alice in Wonderland. We’re having a lot of Alice in Wonderland themed posts this week, aren’t we? I seem to be a bit obsessed with it lately!
So, on my nails, starting with the little finger, I have:
- A chessboard (created using a stamping plate)
- Cheshire Cat (stripes created with a stamping plate and the mouth done freehand)
- Chessboard
- Blue glitter (blue to match Alice’s dress)
- Ace of hearts (freehand).
Now let’s have a look at them, shall we?
I am so happy with how these turned out and love them so much.
Don’t forget to check out my other posts so far from Disney Week:

These are so pretty! I love the chessboards and the blue glitter – what polish did you use for that?

They are, right? Me too, the glitter is gorgeous and so sparkly. I didn’t do these myself, I had them professionally done with gel polish.

These nails are gorgeous, I especially love the Cheshire cat nail! I can definitely see why you’d want to have them professionally done, I think if I attempted that they’d look like blobs and certainly wouldn’t last the length of a holiday! xx

Thank you! Me too! Exactly, regular nail polish would probably not have even lasted the flight there, haha!
