Welcome to Day Six of Potter Week!
Potter Week is moving so fast and after today there is only one day left reserved for the final book of the series. So, today we are going to be focusng on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was really interesting as we find out so much about Voldemort and horcruxes. However, while it is dark it is also really entertaining because of the humour inside it which is especially memorable in the movie.
Ginny; from Goblet of Fire onwards Ginny really starts to grow on me and in Order of the Phoenix and this book I really love her.
I love the scene in the movie where Ron eats Harry’s chocolates spiked with love potion. However, I also do love the scene in the book where Harry get’s Kreacher to tail Draco and Dobby insists on helping. Humour aside, the scene where everyone raises their wands after Dumbledore dies is beautiful.
Favourite trio moment:
I’m torn between two. One near the beginning where they’re laughing and joking around, trying to work out Dumbledore’s age. And the other at the end when Harry says he won’t be returning next year as he has to hunt for horcruxes and Hermione and Ron tell him that they’ll be with him.
I would love a potion which could give me good luck!
I don’t know, inferi?
I cannot think of any other magical creature we’ve seen in this book that I also haven’t already mentioned throughout Potter Week.
“It is the unknown we fear when we look upon death and darkness, nothing more.”
